As the Founder and Executive Director of EINFIO, he is committed to empowering Francophone immigrants through skills development, mentorship, career advancement, and community partnerships.

Drawing on both his professional expertise and lived experience as an immigrant, Dr. Matangwa champions initiatives that promote economic inclusion, social integration, and equitable opportunities for newcomers. A passionate advocate for immigrant success, he is dedicated to building an inclusive Ontario where every newcomer has the opportunity to thrive, contribute, and reach their full potential. Guided by the values of equity, integrity, collaboration, and service, Dr. Matangwa works to create pathways that empower Francophone immigrants, strengthen communities, and foster lasting social and economic inclusion across Ontario.

Rosine is a bilingual senior international development leader with over 25 years of global experience driving meaningful, lasting social change. Having directed high-impact initiatives in human rights, anti-discrimination, gender equity, and good governance across Africa, Latin America, and South Asia, she brings a rich legacy of strategic leadership to community-level action.

Grounded in a lifelong commitment to social justice, Rosine actively leverages her deep operational expertise to advise purpose-driven initiatives through consultancies, mentor emerging leaders, and support community-based charitable organizations. Through the creation of the Empowerment & Integration Network of Francophone Immigrants in Ontario Inc. (EINFIO), she translates her global insights and personal experience as an immigrant into practical local impact – empowering Francophone immigrants and newcomers to navigate complex systems, build thriving lives, and foster inclusive communities.

Guelord Mafamiya is a Engineer with over a decade of experience in the nuclear industry, with expertise in project coordination, management, and safety. Beyond his professional career, Guelord is a dedicated community leader passionate about youth empowerment, inclusion, and social development. He has actively supported racialized communities through community initiatives and advocacy, promoting greater participation and representation.

Guelord has made meaningful contributions to youth leadership through union involvement, including serving as a delegate, as well as through community organizations and youth-focused programs. He is committed to empowering young people, fostering leadership development, and creating opportunities for the next generation to thrive. His leadership is grounded in service, mentorship, and a desire to build stronger, safer, and more inclusive communities.

Helyane is a professional nurse and childcare educator with a strong passion for supporting children, youth, families, and newcomers. Her professional background in healthcare, early childhood education, and community support has shaped her commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and empowering environments where individuals can learn, grow, and thrive. Passionate about working with youth and newcomers, Helyane is committed to helping individuals navigate new environments, recognize their strengths, build confidence, develop essential skills, and access opportunities that support their personal, educational, and professional growth.

Driven by a genuine desire to give back to the community, Helyane generously contributes her time, knowledge, and experience to initiatives that promote inclusion, belonging, mentorship, and community development. She believes that meaningful support and strong community connections can make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families.

Through her involvement with EINFIO and the Ubuntu – I Am Because We Are initiative, Helyane contributes to building bridges between newcomers and their communities, fostering a sense of belonging, dignity, inclusion, and empowerment. Charlotte Ibwaba is a professional journalist, social worker, and education professional in Ontario, where she also works as a Teaching Assistant. With a multidisciplinary background in communications,social worker, education, and community engagement, she brings strong relationship-building and communication skills to her work.

At EINFIO, Charlotte leads community engagement and partnership development, supporting initiatives that promote inclusion, integration, education, and the empowerment of Francophone immigrant communities.
