Who are we?
The Empowerment & Integration Network of Francophone Immigrants in Ontario (EINFIO) is a Francophone immigrant-owned and led charitable organization based in Ontario. We are dedicated to empowering Francophone immigrants, particularly those from marginalized and vulnerable communities, through a holistic range of services while respecting and strengthening their social and cultural values. Through language and vocational training, mentorship, career development, upskilling, reskilling, and community partnerships, we help newcomers build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to successfully integrate, secure meaningful employment, and thrive in Ontario.
Our Mission
EINFIO’s mission is to empower Francophone immigrants by providing language and vocational training, mentorship, upskilling, reskilling, and career transition support that enhances employability, promotes successful integration, and removes barriers to economic and social inclusion while fostering resilience, leadership, and community participation.

Our History
Confident in our ability to conduct situational analyses at international, national, and provincial levels across diverse contexts, and leveraging our extensive experience in international development and non-profit organization management, we stand out through our passion for community-driven approaches.
EINFIO was established to respond to the persistent social, economic, and systemic barriers faced by Francophone immigrants, refugees, and racialized communities, particularly in access to information, education, employment, and community participation.
Despite the availability of public and community services, many individuals continue to experience fragmentation of support, limited culturally responsive services, language barriers, and exclusion from decision-making processes that affect their lives.
EINFIO was therefore created as a Black community-driven organization with the mission to bridge gaps between communities, institutions, and opportunities, while empowering individuals to become active contributors to social and economic development.
